Travelling By Road
From the South :
Leave M6 at J 21A and join M62 west. Leave M62 at J 6 to join M57, follow signs for races.
From the North :
Leave M6 at J 26 and join M58, follow signs for races
From Mersey Tunnel :
Follow signs for Preston, then for A59, then signs for races.
Travelling By Train
The nearest mainline station is Liverpool Lime Street. It is a five minute walk from here to Liverpool Central where you can catch special race trains to Aintree. Any train travelling to Ormskirk on the Northern Line will also stop at Aintree Station, opposite the main entrance to the racecourse.
Travelling By Plane
The Liverpool Lennon Airport is half an hour away from Aintree with Manchester Airport being three quarters of an hour away from the race course. If you're travelling by air and need further help you can get it by calling Aintree on 0151 523 2600.
